1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order on https://ashasstore.in (the "Website" or "Store"), you ("Customer", "User", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Website under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. In compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, individuals incompetent to contract are not eligible to transact directly on the platform.

3. Product Offerings & Descriptions

ASHAS STORE curates lifestyle streetwear apparel, oversized t-shirts, and contemporary fashion accessories (including stainless steel chains, fashion wristbands, rings, belts, caps, and eyewear). All accessories sold are non-precious artificial fashion and imitation accessories intended solely for everyday streetwear lifestyle use.

• We strive to display product colors, textures, and details with absolute fidelity. However, subtle variations may occur due to photography lighting and mobile/desktop monitor calibration.
• All products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any item without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices quoted on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. Applicable shipping fees are computed transparently at checkout based on destination pin-code and parcel composition. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

5. Secure Payment Processing

All online transactions are securely encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and routed through RBI-authorized Payment Aggregators (including Instamojo and Razorpay), compliant with PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.

• Supported payment channels include Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• ASHAS STORE does not store, record, or process your sensitive payment instruments, card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on its servers.
• In the event of an erroneous payment deduction without order generation, the debited amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway to your source account within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Upon successful checkout and payment capture, you will receive an automated confirmation with an Order ID. Orders are dispatched from Kozhikode, Kerala within 24 to 48 working hours via India Post Speed Post or reputed express couriers with end-to-end tracking.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellations are permitted within 2 hours of placement before dispatch. For transit damages or defective goods, replacements or refunds are processed promptly upon verified unboxing evidence submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand names ("ASHAS", "ASHAS CLOTHING"), logos, product photography, text, design tokens, graphics, and code, is the exclusive intellectual property of KPONNAM PARAM BATH VISHNU and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of your purchase or use of the Website, the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
